● Product Introduction TAR series Roots blower is a two-stage high-pressure Roots blower produced by our company by introducing advanced foreign technology. It is composed of two AR series standard Roots blowers connected in series. When the gas enters the first-stage fan to increase the pressure, it passes through the intercooler to raise the gas temperature to below 40°C, and then enters the second-stage fan to continue to increase the pressure. The maximum pressure increase of the unit can reach 198kPa. The main engine of the two-stage fan is driven by the same motor through a belt drive or a double-shaft extension motor.
This product can be used in electric power, building materials, chemical industry, textile, food, metallurgy, mining, air separation and other industries as well as sewage treatment and pneumatic conveying systems.

● Ordering Instructions<BR> Instructions for use of the performance table Qs refers to the inlet gas flow rate at a temperature of 20°C under various inlet vacuum degrees.
The performance table parameters use air as the medium. If other media are transported or the air intake state does not match the specified air intake state, the actual flow rate needs to be converted accordingly.
The Rotational speed indicated by the △ symbol in the performance table indicates direct transmission, the * symbol indicates that it can be direct or belt transmission, and the others are all belt transmission.
If there is no special explanation for the motor protection level, IP44 is generally selected.

Instructions for Selection and Ordering <BR> Since the parameters in the sample performance table are based on the determined air intake and exhaust states, when selecting a vacuum pump, please indicate the transmission medium, air intake state, inlet flow rate, exhaust pressure and environmental conditions.
Please specify special usage requirements such as anti-corrosion and explosion-proof, installation layout, sealing, adjustment, control methods, etc. before ordering.
