Introduction to TRR type fan
The TRR fan is a new product developed and designed based on Japanese manufacturing technology and environmental protection industry standards. This product has the characteristics of high volumetric efficiency, low energy consumption, balanced operation, safety and reliability.
This model has a spiral cut into the shielding line of the air inlet and outlet of the casing, and the triangular air inlet formed by the smooth line on the top of the rotor is opened sequentially through the rotation of the rotor; and the impeller uses a three-blade structure, which further embodies the idea and requirement of sequential opening. Unlike the old Roots blower, which opens or closes at the most instant, the operation sound is extremely quiet and there is almost no exhaust pulsation. Due to the new type of wire used on the impeller, the total adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency are greatly improved. It is a product with particularly excellent air volume and pressure characteristics. The so-called excellent efficiency means that the heat generated by the fan itself is reduced, which reduces the temperature rise value. The operating pressure of various models can reach 58.8KPa in dry condition.
