1. Purpose:

Lime kiln centrifugal blowers are a brand-new series of blowers designed and manufactured by our factory. This series of blowers are mainly used in various lime kilns. They can also be used for other purposes according to performance, but they are limited to discharging air and gases that are non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, and do not contain viscous substances. The temperature of the discharged gas does not exceed 80 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the gas do not exceed 150mm/m3.

2. Features:

SHC series lime kiln centrifugal blower is a special fan designed for gas fired kiln. The biggest feature of this fan is that it can meet the requirements of small air volume, high pressure, energy saving and low noise in gas fired kilns. It can replace the original matching fan 9-19 series or fixed volume blower. The 9-19 series is a single-pole impeller type centrifugal blower, which is difficult to meet the lime kiln's requirements for small flow and high pressure, and is also noisy. Fixed volume blowers consume energy, make a lot of noise, and cause great pollution to the environment. In addition to the characteristics of small flow, high pressure, energy saving and low noise, the SHC series centrifugal blowers for lime kilns also have wide efficient area, flat performance curve, wide adjustment range, stable usage characteristics, reliable operation and long service life. It is easy to install, debug, inspect, maintain and maintain.

4. Structure and transmission :

In order to improve the rigidity of the casing, help prevent vibration and absorb noise, this series of centrifugal blowers adopt cast iron casings. Each machine size uses single-row radial ball bearings with radial air intake. According to the strength requirements, the impeller material is welded with low alloy steel plate. The motor and fan are directly connected by coupling.

5. Rotation direction and position of air inlet and outlet:

The blower rotates counterclockwise when viewed from one end of the motor. The impeller turns and the steering sign can be seen. It cannot be used in reverse. The air inlet and outlet of each machine number are vertically upward.
