6-30 6-23 Centrifugal fan

 

I. Purpose of the fan

6-30 6-23 centrifugal fan is characterized by high pressure and low flow rate, making it primarily suitable for pneumatic conveying in industries such as grain and cotton processing. It is also applicable for exhausting air and other non-corrosive, non-flammable, non-explosive gases free from viscous substances. Other conditions being similar, it can also be selected for comparable applications.
II. Structure

The fan consists of components such as the impeller, casing, air inlet, and drive assembly (No. 5A has no drive assembly). The impeller is welded from steel plates, with 12 blades each welded between the front and back discs. The 6-23 type fan blades are backward-curved plate-shaped, with a hyperbolic front disc. The 6-30 type fan blades are backward-inclined flat plate-shaped, with a conical front disc. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balance correction to ensure smooth operation, low noise, high strength, and long service life.
