To ensure the fans sold by our company can fully perform and operate safely and normally, our company conducts periodic performance tests on the produced fans in batches at the company's testing station.

       To better provide after-sales service to customers, the following regulations have been established:

       ◆ 1. The production fan is warranted for one year from the date of sale, with special fans subject to separate terms.

       ◆ 2. If users encounter problems during installation, we will dispatch professional technicians to provide on-site guidance.

       ◆ 3. Within the warranty period, our company will dispatch technical personnel for regular quality follow-up visits (in principle, once every three months; if any issues are identified by users, our company will immediately assign personnel to guide problem resolution within 36 hours).

       ◆ 4. Provide spare parts as needed by users.

       ◆ 5. To ensure users can perform daily maintenance tasks effectively, one set of specialized disassembly tools and drawings is provided.
