
GY6-51 boiler ventilation and induced draft fans are suitable for the air supply system of 2-670t/h steam boilers in thermal power plants, and also meet the requirements for high-pressure head performance parameters of vulcanized bed boilers. This series of fans can also be used for dust removal, mine ventilation and general ventilation systems.
The blower delivers general air, while the induced draft fan delivers flue gas or gas containing impurity particles. It can be used for more than 4 years when the concentration of magnesium is less than 200mg/cubic meter. It can be used if it contains large amounts of impurities, but its service life will be shortened. The maximum operating temperature of the induced draft fan shall not exceed 250°C.
The structure of the fan
1. This series of fans adopts advanced technological achievements such as high-strength wear-resistant impellers and anti-leakage bearing boxes.
2. High strength and wear-resistant impeller. The impeller adopts backward-facing single-plate blades, which reduces airflow impact and has good stability. The motor is not easily overloaded, which greatly extends the service life of the fan. This type of fan has high pressure coefficient, low peripheral speed and low noise, so it has good practicality.
3. Anti-oil leakage bearing box. An overlapping oil thrower ring is used to throw the oil brought up by the high-speed rotating bearing to the inner wall of the bearing box and flow back to the oil pool. Packing is pressed on the outside of the side cover to block a small amount of thin oil. A vent plug is installed on the upper part of the bearing box to reduce the slight positive pressure of the bearing box to ensure no oil leakage and good dustproof effect.
4. The fan has a cantilever structure and is easy to arrange. The motor is directly driven, transmitting torque evenly and reducing vibration to ensure reliable operation of the fan.
