Type 5-29 high-pressure centrifugal fan

I.Purpose of the fan
The 5-29 type high-pressure centrifugal ventilator is used to transport, absorb air and transport gases that are non-corrosive, non-spontaneous, and do not contain viscous substances. It is especially suitable for lint processing and transportation, and can also be used for cupola blowing. The temperature of the conveying medium generally does not exceed 80°C. The dust and hard particles contained in the medium shall not exceed 150mg/m3.
This type of fan has high efficiency and low energy consumption. It is currently the most ideal fan among high-pressure fans in China.
2. Fan mode 1. This type of fan has a single suction and has four machine numbers: No. 5.5, 6.5, 7.5, and 8.5.
2. This type of fan can be made into two forms: right-turning and left-turning. Viewed from the motor end, if the impeller rotates clockwise, it is called a right-hand fan, represented by "right"; if the impeller rotates counterclockwise, it is called a left-hand fan, represented by "left".
3. The outlet position of the fan is expressed by the outlet angle of the casing. Both "left" and "right" can be made into six angles: 0, 45, 90, 135, 180, and 225.
4. The transmission modes of this type of fan are A and C.
3. Structural characteristics of the main components. This type of C-type fan is mainly composed of the impeller, casing, air inlet, transmission part, bracket, etc.; in the A-type fan, the fan and the motor are directly connected.
1. Impeller: It consists of 12 backward-facing, conical, single-arc blades of equal thickness. The blades are welded to the front and rear disks. The middle disk and the rear disk are riveted. After the impeller is manufactured, the static and dynamic balance are corrected. The aerodynamic performance is good, the efficiency is high, the operation is smooth, safe and reliable.
2. Air inlet: It is an integral welded piece installed on the side of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is a front cone shape followed by a curve shape, which allows the gas to enter the impeller smoothly with minimal loss.
3. Chassis: The whole volute shell is welded with ordinary steel plates.
4. Transmission part: composed of main shaft, bearing box, pulley, etc. The main shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel, and rolling bearings are installed in the bearing box of gray iron castings to support the impeller and enable it to operate safely.
5. Bracket: It can be welded by ordinary angle steel and steel plate to reliably support the connection between the fan and the foundation.
