4-70 type centrifugal fan №.2.8~6 air outlet positions are 0°-225°, the interval is 45°, and the transmission mode is A-type transmission; №.7~12 air outlet positions are 0°, 90°, 180°, and №.7~12 transmission mode is C-type transmission.
4-70 type centrifugal fans №.2.8~6 fans are mainly composed of impeller, casing, air inlet and other parts equipped with direct-coupled motors; №.7~12 in addition to the above parts, there are also transmission parts, etc.
1) The impeller consists of 10 backward-inclined arc thin plate blades, a curved front disk and a flat rear disk. They are all made of steel plates and corrected by dynamic and static balance. They have good air performance, high efficiency and smooth operation.
2) The air inlet is made as a whole and installed on the surface of the fan. The cross-section parallel to the axial direction is curved, which allows the gas to enter the impeller smoothly with less loss.
