
SSR Roots blower series product features:
1. The spiral shape is a fixed spiral of more than 20 degrees. The air inlet and exhaust shielding lines of the casing are cut into the spiral, and the triangular air inlet and exhaust openings formed by the smooth line on the top of the rotor are opened sequentially through the rotation of the rotor.
2. Because the rotor is a three-blade linear shape, it does not cause the rotors to contact each other due to slight axial displacement like the spiral fan. Therefore, it is enough to ensure the gap between the rotors in the cross-section. There is no need to add axial displacement like the rotor spiral type, causing the gap to be too large. The efficiency is much better than that of rotor spiral fans of the same size.
3. Because the rotor adopts a special shape, it is easy to maintain the mutual gap between the rotors, further improving the efficiency.
4. Because precision CNC machine tools are used to mass-produce rotors and perfect measures are taken for precision management, there is no performance error between each fan. In addition, the rotor has been balanced during the manufacturing process. Therefore, the rotor does not have the slight imbalance that existed in the past. The unit is almost completely vibration-free.
5. The use of the highest-grade drive gear not only extends the service life, but also achieves low noise. The gear is made of special Cr-Mo steel, properly quenched, and manufactured in strict accordance with JISI grade gear precision. Therefore, any adverse interference from gears to the product is completely eliminated.
6. The output air is clean and does not contain any oily dust. The inside of the casing does not require oil lubrication, and a structural design is adopted to prevent bearings and gear oil from mixing into the inside of the casing.
SSR direct-coupled Roots blower SS represents the three-blade design structure, and R represents the international code of Roots blower.
The SSR series Roots blower uses a new type of wire on the impeller to further improve the total adiabatic efficiency and volumetric efficiency. It is a fan with particularly excellent air volume and pressure characteristics.
The so-called excellent efficiency means that the heat generated by the fan itself is reduced, that is, the temperature rise value is reduced. The exhaust pressure used by various models in a dry state can reach 0.6kgf/cm2.
